PXA: Board resolution

On 12/06/2015, Petrovietnam – Nghe An Investment & Trading JSC (stock code: PXA) announced the board resolutions approved on 11/06/2015 as follows:

-    Approving Mr. Duong Hung Cuong to resign from Chair of the Board with effect from 12/06/2015.

-       Appointing Mr. Tran Dinh Toan to resign Manager with effect from 12/06/2015.

-       Appointing Mr. Tran Dinh Toan to be Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Duong Hung Cuong with effect since 12/06/2015.

-       Approving Mr. Duong Hung Cuong to be Manager with effect from 12/06/2015.
