On June 19, 2015, the Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction JSC issued a resolution approving a policy on investing and raising the ownership ratio of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction JSC in Song Da Yaly Cement JSC (HNX: SDY) to 51% charter capital at least.
