PPI: PPI receives a certificate for public offering Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Corporation (hereafter called the “Company”) received Certificate No.35/GCN-UBCK dated June 12, 2015 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam approving a public offering:
1) Listed firm: Pacific Infrastructure Project Development and Investment Corporation
2) Paid-in charter capital: VND260,000,000,000.
3) Stock symbol: PPI
4) Stock type: Common Stock
5) Par value: VND10,000
6) Total issue volume: 25,049,052 shares. In which:
- 20,039,242 shares issued to existing shareholders;
- 2,504,905 shares issued to pay dividends for the year 2014 to existing shareholders;
- 2,504,905 shares issued to sell to existing shareholders.
7) Total issue value (based on par value): VND250,490,520,000.
8) Distribution time: within 90 days from the effective date of the certificate.
