OGC: Information on the first annual general meeting of 2015

On June 20, 2015, the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company was held at the Vietnam National Convention Center. There were 115 shareholders attending the meeting, representing 12.66% of voting shares.

Pursuant to Enterprise Law (2005), the total shareholders attending the meeting must represent 65% of voting shares. Therefore, with the proportion of shareholders attending of 12.66%, the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company was not eligible to organize.

The second annual general meeting will be noticed to shareholders.
