JVC: A BoD Member Remanded

Mr. Le Van Huong, a member of the Board of Directors, Former Chairman cum CEO of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument JSC, has been remanded to facilitate the investigation.

During this period, Mr. Huong cannot participate into the management activities and hold the positions above. On June 21, 2015, therefore, the Board of Directors approved the personnel changes as follows:

-          To approve the resignation of Mr. Le Van Huong as Chairman cum CEO;

-          To appoint Mr. Kyohei Hosono as Chairman;

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Huu Hieu as CEO.
