Some main targets in the future:
- Continue
working with Education Publisher in Da Nang and Joint Stock Companies to print
books, ensure the targets of output, revenue, profit and works of employees.
- Supervising
norm of raw materials, saving expense, enhance labor productivity.
- Arranging
personnel in the functional components, departments of the Company reasonably.
- Strengthening
printing outside, publishing books, balancing purchasing-selling volumes,
- Manager
and Accounting Dept. of the Company strengthen supporting and participating in
managing activity.
- Continue
implementing activity of financial business and materials business
- Strictly
implementing working schedule and regulations of Company and Vietnam
Educational Publisher.
Article 2:
Approve selecting AAC Auditing and Accounting Co., Ltd to audit financial
statement in 2015 of the Company
Authorizing Board of Manager and Chief Accountant to work
and sign auditing contract 2015 with AAC Auditing Company
Article 3: This
resolution takes effect from the date of signature
Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Board of Managers,
Chief Accountant and related components, workshops are responsible to implement
