HMC: HMC contributes capital into Depot Saigon

The Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation approved the capital contribution as follows:

1)     Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation will contribute capital to establish a joint stock company:

-          Company name (estimated): Depot Saigon Joint Stock Company

-          Head office: 9 Nguyen Van Tao, Long Thoi, Nha Be, HCMC

-          Charter capital: VND38 billion

-          Capital contribution ratio: Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation invests VND29,517,000,000 (77.68% of Depot Saigon).

2)     The Board of Directors assigned the capital representatives of Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation in Depot Saigon.
