HJS: Explanation for the difference of the after-tax profit of the parent company in quarter 1.2015 year on year On 17/04/2015, Nam Mu Hydropower Joint Stock Company
announced explanation for the difference of the after-tax profit of the parent
company in quarter 1.2015 year on year as follows:
The after-tax profit of the parent company in quarter 1.2015
is VND 4.6 billion, increasing by VND 2.4 billion over the same period of last
year because of some reasons:
1. Revenue increased by VND 16.2 billion:
- Revenue from sale of electricity increased by VND 8.7
billion because the electricity price not including natural resource tax and
cost for forest environmental services increased.
- Other income increased by VND 7.5 billion because of the
income from sale of asset arising in quarter 1.2015.
2. Cost increased by VND 13.8 billion
- Cost of goods sold increased by VND 3.1 billion over the
same period of last year.
- Other cost increased by VND 8.067 billion because of the
asset auction and costs related with the auction.
- General and administrative cost increased by VND 746
million over the same period of last year.
- Financial cost increased by VND 1.9 billion over the same
period of last year due to the interest cost of new loans. HNX
