HAG: The record date for seeking shareholders’ approval

On June 10, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.638/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing of HAGL Joint Stock Company (stock code: HAG) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 24, 2015

-          Record date: June 26, 2015

-          Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for for adjusting some terms and conditions of HAGL’s convertible bonds. 

-          Time of implementation (estimated): July 05, 2015

-          Place of implementation: 15 Truong Chinh, Phu Dong ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province.
