FLC: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

Violation of information disclosure requirement of an insider trading in FLC Group Joint Stock Company as follows:

–     Ms. Tran Bich Hop (affiliated person: Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung – Head of the Supervisory Board) bought 8,000 FLC shares and sold ,000 FLC shares from May 08, 2015 to May 25, 2015 but she did not announce the transaction.
