DXG: The BoD appoints a representative in Tam Thong
On June 09, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved to appoint Mr. Le Dang Quoc Hung as a representative for 17,774,900 shares owned by DXG in Tam Thong Real Estate Joint Stock Company (accounting for 98.749% charter capital of Tam Thong Real Estate Joint Stock Company).
The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Doan Ngoc Quang to own 100 shares of Tam Thong Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
