DIG: DIG to buy shares from DTC’s shareholders

On June 11, 2015, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIG) approved contents regarding the purchase of all shares of existing shareholders in DIC - Tin Nghia Concrete Structure Joint Stock Company (DTC) at VND1,600/share.  DIG will pay VND3.5 billion to shareholders and receive enterprise, debts, etc.
