BCI: Board resolution on the result of share issue

The Board of Directors of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company has approved the result of share issue for dividend payment as follows:

-          Dividend ratio: 10% for the year 2013 and 10% for the year 2014

-          Number of distributed shares: 14,453,144 shares
