An Phu Irradiation Joint - Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.12 dated June 24, 2015 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to purchase 15,350 shares (which were issued according to ESOP dated October 07, 2014) from the resigned employees at VND10,000/share, as follows:

+         Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai: 12,950 shares

+         Mr. Tran Cong Giang: 2,400 shares.
