An Phu Irradiation Joint - Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated June 01, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to repurchase all shares distributed in the employee stock ownership plan dated October 07, 2014 from the resigned employees, at VND10,000/share:

-          Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Phuc  -  Number of shares: 2,010 shares.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
