The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-  Ms. Ho Thi Quynh Nhu, a related person of Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thien - the authorized information disclosure staff of The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (stock code: SFG), bought 8,000 SFG shares from April 17, 2015 to April 20, 2015 but had not had any announcements before trading.
