On 23 Apr 2015, Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced the result for holding the AGM 2015 as follows:

Pursuant to the law, Charter of Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company, the board for verifying shareholders’ eligibility conducted the verifying shareholders’ eligibility with result as follows:

Number of shareholders who directly attends or is authorized to attend: 16 shareholders, representing 12 951 666 shares, accounting for 25.9% of voting shares of the Company

Pursuant to the Enterprise Law approved on 29 Nov 2005, with the number of above shareholders, Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company does not have sufficient conditions to hold the annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015
