PTI: Contract of registering PTI shares\u2019 purchase

On 14/05/2015, Post & Telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation announced the contract of registering PTI shares’ purchase as follows:

PTI received the amount of VND 1,007,360,000,000 from Dongbu Insurance Co., Ltd. (Dongbu for short). This is the amount of purchasing 30,000,000 common shares of PTI according to the contract of registering shares’ purchase, signed on 29/01/2015, between PTI and Dongbu. Accordingly, transaction of issuing shares of PTI for Dongbu was completed in accordance with regulations of contract.
