On 19 May 2015, Phu Phong Corporation Incorporated announced the board resolution as follows:

1. Approving Mr. Le Manh to resign from Chair of the Board
2. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Minh to be Director
3. Appointing Mr. Luong Trong Tuan to be Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Le Manh
4. Appointing Mr. Mac Tran Hong to be Vice Chair of the Board
