MCO: HNX notice: MCO under alert

Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:
-    Issuer: MCO Vietnam JSC
-    Stock code: MCO
-    Reason: the Company frequently violates regulations on information disclosure on stock market, according to the case of Point 1.6, Term 1 Article 12 of Listing regulations. The company haven’t disclosed Audited Financial Statement 2014 yet.
If MCO Vietnam JDC did not overcome above situation, HNX would put MCO under supervision and trading restriction according to Term 1.5 Article 13 of Listing regulation
-    Effective date: 11/05/2015
Alert period ends when SME SECURITIES CORPORATION overcomes current situation.
