ICG: Notice on holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 for the 3rd time

On 12/05/2015, Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Company (INCOMEX) announced notice on holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 for the 2^nd time unsuccessfully as follows:

According to the plan announced, on 12/05/2015, the Company held Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 for the 2^nd time. However, total participants were 25 shareholders, representative for 5,087,342 shares (25.44% of the charter capital). According to Law on Enterprises and the charter of the Company, the 2^nd-time Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 is not eligible to be held.

Therefore, the Company will hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 3^rd time as follows:
