explanation for difference of profit after tax in 2014 before and after audit
as follows:
Profit after tax in 2014 after audit was VND 154,734,562,
decreasing by VND 6,084,531 in comparison with profit after tax in 2014 before
audit (VND 160,819,531)
Reasons:
1. Cost of goods sold after audit decreased by VND
2,568,908,478 due to recalculation of weighted average unit price by months.
2. Financial activities expense after audit increased by VND
101,817,000 due to extraction to provision for discount of short-term
securities investment
3. Sale expense and administration expense decreased by VND
1,657,198,100 due to some expenses such as write-back of provision for bad
debts, allocation of marketing expense, etc. so net profit from business after
audit increased by VND 809,893,378
4. Corporate income tax increased by VND 815,977,909 due to
recalculation of corporate income tax of real estate transfer activities and
