CDO: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-          Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Duong, a related person of Mr. Bui Dang Dinh – Head of the Supervisory Board of Consultancy Design and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (stock code: CDO), sold 20,000 CDO shares from April 23, 2015 to May 25, 2015 but had not had any announcements before trading.

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:
