VPH: Notice of personnel change

On March 31, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders of Van Phat Hung Corporation unanimously approved the meeting minutes and resolution, in which:

-          Mr. Vo Nguyen Nhu Nguyen was elected as an additional member of the Board of Directors for term 2011-2016.

-          Ms. Luong Ngoc Dinh was elected as a member of the Board of Supervisors for term 2012-2016.
