Viet Nhat Seafood Corporation explained the fluctuation in business result of in 2014 (after auditing):

–    Profit after tax in 2014 (after auditing) was –VND43.5 billion.

–    Reason:

• Sales in 2014 was VND17,681,111,066, decreasing strongly compared to in 2013, while expenses was VND3,908,400,339.
• Shoddy goods leading profit decreased VND35,814,802,882.
• The audit firm adjusted expenses increase, leading to profit decreased VND3,815,478,995.
