PGI: Resolution of AGM 2015

Petrolimex Insurance Corporation announced the resolution of the 2015 annual general meeting dated April 19, 2015:

Article 1: AGM approved business result in 2014 and business plan for 2015:

-          Business result in 2014:

• Total revenue was 2,545.913 billion dongs (103.5% of plan).
• In which, revenue from insurance was 2,123.579 billion dongs (101.1% of plan).
• Profit before tax was 110.145 billion dongs (109% of plan).

-          Business plan for 2015:

• Total revenue: 2,533 billion dongs
• In which, revenue from insurance was 2,144 billion
• Profit before tax:  110 billion dongs.
• Dividend: minimum 10% of charter capital

Article 2: AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2014.

Article 3: AGM approved report of the Board of Directors.

Article 4: AGM approved report of the Board of Supervisors.

Article 5:  AGM approved remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2014 and payment plan 2015:

Article 6:  AGM approved profit distribution and dividend in 2014:

Article 7: AGM authorized Chairman of the BOD to choose auditing firm for fiscal year 2014 or in 05 auditing firm: (Deloitte, AASC, , Ernst & Young, KPMG, VACO).
