IDJ: Notice of the fail in holding the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015

On 20 Apr 2015, IDJ International Financial Investment and Enterprise Development Joint Stock Company announced the fail in holding the first annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 as follows:

IDJ International Financial Investment and Enterprise Development Joint Stock Company announced that the first annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 expected to be held on 18 Apr 2015 did not happen.

Reason: Number of the present shareholders was 35 shareholders, representing 17 961 800 voting shares, accounting for 55.1% of charter capital. Therefore, the Company will hold the second annual General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with the law.
