ICG: Notice of failure in holding the first AGM 2015 and time for the second AGM 2015

On 23 Apr 2015, Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Company announced the Notice of failure in holding the first AGM 2015 and time for the second AGM 2015 as follows:

On 23 Apr 2015, as notified, Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Company held the annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015. However, due to number of shareholders was large. Until 9h15 on 23 Apr 2015, after 45 minutes of check-in, total attendants were 24 shareholders, representing 6 509 466 shares, equivalent to 32.55% of charter capital. Pursuant to the Enterprise Law and Charter of the Company, it did not meet the conditions for holding annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015. The Chair of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 stated the second holding annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2015 of Song Hong Construction Joint Stock Company as follows:
