Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:

-          Stock code: HBE

-          Reason: profit after tax of 2013 and 2014 in the audited consolidated financial statement FY 2014 are negative

-          Effective date: 03/04/2015

Alert period ends when Ha Tinh Book and Equipment Education JSC overcomes current situation.
