On April 02, 2015, the Board of Directors of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company approved to transfer the shares of Tan Binh Mechanical Joint Stock Company (BETACO), a company owned by Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company, as follows:

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares transferred: 940,534 shares
