BPC: Changes in the BOD and Supervisory Board Vicem Packaging
Bim Son Joint Stock Company announces changes in the BOD and Supervisory Board
as follows:
1. Change in the BOD:
-Mr. Doan Nam Khanh has resigned from Chair of the BOD
with effect since 21/04/2015.
-Mr. Ngo Sy Tuc has been appointed Chair of the BOD with
effect since 21/04/2015.
-Mr. Nguyen Van Hung has resigned from Member of the BOD
with effect since 21/04/2015.
- Mr. Nguyen Huu Kiem has been appointed Member of the
BOD with effect since 21/04/2015.
2. Change in Supervisory Board:
-Mr. Nguyen Tien Coi has resigned from Member of
Supervisory Board with effect since 21/04/2015.
-Ms. Le Thi Huong has been appointed Member of
Supervisory Board with effect since 21/04/2015.
-Mr. Le Trong Ky has resigned from Member of Supervisory
Board with effect since 21/04/2015.
- Mr. Nguyen Dinh Huy has been appointed Member of
Supervisory Board with effect since 21/04/2015.
