BMC: Meeting date & venue of AGM 2015 (the second time)

On April 03, 2015, the 2015 annual general meeting of Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company was held, but Shareholders, who had right for voting, attended the meeting reach 51.39% of charter capital, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company decided:

-          To delay the annual general meeting of 2015 (the first time);

-          The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2015 (the second time);

• Meeting time: 7:00am on April 18, 2015
• Meeting venue: Meeting hall of Sai Gon – Quy Nhon Hotel, No.24 Nguyen Hue, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.
