482 Joint Stock Company announces changes in the BOD and Supervisory Board as follows:

- Mr. Cao Hoai Thanh has resigned from Member of the BOD.

- Mr. Hoang Quyet Chien and Mr. Lai Van Huu have been appointed Members of the BOD.

- Mr. Lai Van Huu has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board.

- Ms. Hoang Thi Man has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board.

- Mr Duong Le Tinh has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board.

- Ms. Phan Thi Hue and Mr. Pham The Anh have been appointed Members of Supervisory Board.
