VTO: Board Resolution – Mar 09& Feb 13

Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated March 09, 2015 and February 13, 2015 as follows:

–     Appointing of Mr. Tran Ky Hanh as a member of the Board of Directors as of March 01, 2015. The Board of Directors will be submitted the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for approval.

–     Mr. La Van Ut – a member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO of VTO as equity representative of PG Tanker Corporation at VTO as of March 01, 2015, replacing Mr. Tran Ky Hanh.
