VSH: VSH postpones the extraordinary general meeting

Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower JSC would like to announce that the 2015 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, which was set at 7:30am, March 11, 2015, will be postponed because of the following reasons:

1)     The Company needs more time to review the capacity of foreign and local contractors for remaining works of the Energy-line package, Thuong Kon Tum Hydropower Project, in order to report and get shareholders’ opinions.

2)     The Company is focusing on restarting the water intake item and 5km of water gallery of Thuong Kon Tum Hydropower Project. 

Therefore, the Board of Directors decided not to organize the 2015 extraordinary general meeting. All contents of the extraordinary meeting will be submitted in the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders, expected in April 2015.
