SKG: Board Resolution – Mar 21

Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 21, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved contents as follows:

-          Annual Report 2014

-          Authoring to the BOD Chairman to decide time and place of the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders.

-          Approving documents of the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders

-          Approving to buy 04 vehicles (30-35 passengers) to serve passengers at Bai Vong (Phu Quoc). Total estimated investment worth: VND6 billion

-          Approving to build ferry at Phu Quoc and Ha Tien.

Article 2: Member of BOD, Executive Board, Head of Departments and related persons are responsible to implement this resolution.

Article 3: This resolution goes into effect since the date of signature.
