-         Record date: March 20, 2015                

-         Purpose: to organize the 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

-         Meeting date:

• First time (estimated): April 17, 2015
• Second time: April 21, 2015 (In case the number of needed shareholders in the first time is not enough as required.)
