Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock will be moved from “under supervision” to “under alert”:

-          Issuer: Vinaconex - PVC Construction Investment JSC

-          Stock code: PVV

-          Reason: in the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements 2014, profit after tax of holding company in 2014 is positive and retained earnings as of 31/12/2014 is negative

-          Effective date: 31/03/2015

Alert period ends when Vinaconex - PVC Construction Investment JSC overcomes current situation.
