Online customer services launched by AIA Vietnam

Leading foreign-owned life insurer AIA Vietnam introduced its AIA i-Service application last week with an aim to improving its customer service.

The convenient new service allows customers to check their policy contract information online. Running on an iOS operating system (used for Apple mobile devices such as the iPhone and iPad), this application is available on the Apple Store for customers’ easy reference and usage.

The AIA i-Service is easy to use due to its simple design, and is highly secure. After registering and downloading the application, AIA Vietnam customers will be given an online account through which they can access necessary information pertaining to their contract with AIA Vietnam. Through this service, customers can also download insurance transaction forms, receive guidance on premium payment channels, or find the location of AIA Vietnam offices.

“The AIA i-Service application offers our customers a different and interesting experience of AIA’s professionalism-oriented customer service. Pioneering in the application of information technology will help us open up more channels of communication, and will give us a closer engagement with our customers,” said Stephen Clark, CEO of AIA Vietnam.
