HTV: Board Resolution ¬¬_ March 03, 2015

Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the 39th BOD Meeting on March 03, 2015 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the business performance in 2014.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to sell 903,600 shares to Ha Tien 1 Cement Joint Stock Company.

Article 3: The Board of Directors issued regulations on: Financial management, BOD's activities, and Debt management.

Article 4: The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu to replace Mr. Truong Cong Bao as Secretary of the Board.

Article 5: Members of the Board of Directors, the Directorates, Managers and staff are responsible for implementing this resolution.
