HAI: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated institutional investor

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated institutional investor:

-  KLF Joint Venture Global Investment Joint Stock Company, institutional investor affiliated of Mr. Doan Van Phuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors of HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company, sold 8,526,000 HAI shares from January 28, 2015 to February 09, 2015 but had not had any announcements before trading.
