GMD: Explanation for consolidated business result in Quarter 4, 2014

Gemadept Corporation explained the fluctuation in consolidated in Quarter 4, 2014:

Profit after tax in Quarter 4, 2014 was VND4.5 billion, increasing VND32,9 billion compared to Quarter 4, 2013 because:

-  Profit before tax increased VND21.1 billion because Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port was exploited from 2014.

-  Business income tax – current and business income tax – deferred decreased VND23.5 billion. Reason: the firm was delayed business income tax – deferred because the firm transferred 85% contribution capital at Maritime Building Co., Ltd.

-  Benefits of minorities increased VND11.7 billion.
