CLC: The record date for interim dividend for 2014

On March 27, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.370/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company:

-         Ex-right date: April 16, 2015        

-         Record date: April 20, 2015                   

-         Purpose: to pay the interim cash dividend for 2014

-         Exercise ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share).

-         Payment date: May 20, 2015

-         Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the office of Cat Loi Joint Stock Company, 934 D2, Road D, Cat Lai Industrial Zone, Thanh My Loi ward, district 2, HCMC.
