BCI: Board Resolution _ March 13, 2015

On March 13, 2015, the Board of Directors of Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company (BCCI) approved the following issues:

-          Business plan for 2015:

• Revenue: VND380 billion
• Profit after tax: VND120 billion
• Dividend (estimated): 10%

-          To change the plan for dividend payment for 2013 and 2014:

• Dividend for 2013: 10% charter capital
• Dividend for 2014: 10% charter capital

-          To approve the policy on the establishment of new associated company Cavi Retail Limited.
