Bidder: PAN Food Joint Stock Company – a major shareholder of Bibica Corporation

-         Stock: Stock of Bibica Corporation

-         Stock symbol: BBC

-         Number of shares registered to be purchased: 4,606,580 shares (29.87% of BBC outstanding shares)

-         Bid price: VND56,800/share

-         Number of holding shares of PAN Food JSC after trading: 7,864,600 shares (51% of BBC outstanding shares)

-         Trading period: from 30 days to 60 days after receiving approval from the State Securities Commission  

-         Purpose: to increase ownership ratio and long-term investment.
