VCB: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-  Ms. Phung Thi Kim Oanh,  related person of Ms. Phung Nguyen Hai Yen – Chief Accountant  of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (stock code: VCB), bought:  2,000 sold: 1,000 VCB shares from January 19, 2015 to January 30, 2015 but had not had any announcements before trading.
