SRF: Explanation for consolidated business result in Q4, 2014

Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation explained business result in Q4/2014 compared to Q4/2013 as follows:

-         Profit before tax in Q4/2014 was VND21.4 billion, increasing VND2.5billion (equivalent to 13.2%) compared to the same period of 2013 because:

• Consolidated profit of associated company: VND1.8 billion.
• Revenue from contracts in Quarter 4/2014: VND0.8 billion.

-         Consolidated profit before tax in 2014 was VND69.8 billion, increasing VND20.3 billion (41.08%) compared to 2013 because:

• Consolidated profit of associated company: VND18.5 billion.
• Revenue from contracts in Quarter 4/2014: VND1.8 billion.
