LHG: LHG changes information on the record date

Long Hau Corporation (hereinafter called the “Corporation”) has replaced Resolution No.001/2015/NQ-LHC-HDQT dated January 29, 2015 and January 30, 2015 with Resolution No.001A/2015/NQ-LHC-HDQT dated February 09, 2015 because the Corporation changed the information on the record date for the cash dividend payment, as follows:

-         Dividend payout ratio: 10%/par value

-         Payment method: in cash

-         Record date: under the laws and provisions

-         Payment time: in March 2015.
