HU3: Explanation for business result in Q4.2014

HUD3 Investment and Construction JSC explained the fluctuation in net revenue in Quarter 4/2014 compared to Quarter 4/2013 as follows:

-          HU3’s net revenue in Quarter 4/2014 was VND111.552 billion, decreased 33.76% compared to the same period (revenue in Quarter 4/2013 was VND168.4 billion). In 2014, the Company continued the finalization of unfinished projects, handled apartments in HUD3 Building, Van Canh New Urban, so it earned high revenue from previous quarters. Therefore, revenue in Quarter 4/2014 was VND111,552 billion. Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2014 was VND7.071 billion, equal to 40.8% of the same period of 2013 (VND11.95 billion) because of difficulties in economy and real estate market. Besides, the company’s financial income in Quarter 4/2014 lost 80.5% against Quarter 4/2013 because its revenue in Quarter 4/2014 decreased.
