HQC: HQC receives Thanh My Loi project
According to Decision No.5548 dated November 11, 2014, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City approved the change of investor of the villas and apartments project in Thanh My Loi ward, district 2, Hochiminh city, from Hiep Luc Production Transport Co., Ltd. to Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation. Until now, the two companies completed legal procedures for the project transfer.
- The project is located on an area of 4,990.7 m2, including a 12-storey apartment building and four 03-storey villas.
